You decide whether to start an available rewarded advertisement in exchange for the displayed in-game benefit.
Local data may be lost
Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or changing devices may remove locally stored progress or settings.

Acceptance and age requirements
You may use Lucky21 only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms in your country or region.
- Lucky21 is not directed to children under 13.
- Where local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
- A parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where their authorisation is legally required.
- You must use Lucky21 in compliance with applicable law, app-store rules and these Terms.
Limited licence
Subject to these Terms, Amzane Games grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use Lucky21 on a compatible device for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
This licence does not transfer ownership of Lucky21 or any related content. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:

Virtual chips and game progress
Lucky21 is a simulated blackjack-style entertainment game. It does not provide real-money gambling, cash prizes or a method to deposit or withdraw money.
No cash value
Virtual chips, scores, rewards and other game items are licensed for use inside Lucky21. They are not money, property, stored value or a financial instrument.
No sale or exchange
You may not sell, trade, transfer, redeem or exchange virtual chips or game benefits for money, goods or services.
Values may change
We may adjust gameplay rules, reward amounts, virtual-item values, difficulty or availability to maintain, balance or improve the game.
Progress may remain on the device
The current version does not require a player account. Progress and settings may therefore be stored locally and may not be recoverable after deletion, reset or device replacement.
Virtual chips cannot be withdrawn
A high score, chip balance or reward does not create a right to receive money, compensation or a real-world prize.
Rewarded advertisements
Lucky21 may offer optional rewarded advertisements. When an ad is available, the game will describe the virtual benefit offered for completing the ad experience.
You choose whether to start an available rewarded advertisement.
Ads may vary by location, connection, device, platform, advertising demand and privacy settings.
Closing an ad early or interrupting the connection may prevent reward confirmation.
Advertising rewards have no cash value and remain subject to the gameplay rules in these Terms.
Advertising content is supplied by third parties. Amzane Games does not endorse every advertised product or service and is not responsible for transactions you independently enter into with an advertiser.
Purchases and app stores
The current game experience may be offered without requiring payment. If Lucky21 later offers paid digital content, virtual items or another paid feature, the price and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Store billing
Any purchase made through an app store is also subject to that store’s billing terms, payment methods and account controls.
Authorised purchases
You are responsible for protecting the device and store account used to authorise a purchase, including parental restrictions.
Refund requests
Refund procedures may be administered by the store through which the purchase was made, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Rules of conduct
You must use Lucky21 fairly, lawfully and in a manner that does not damage the game, its services or other users.
Do not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified clients or unauthorised tools to alter gameplay or rewards.
Do not disrupt, overload, probe, attack or attempt unauthorised access to the app, servers, advertising systems or related infrastructure.
Do not falsify ad completion, exploit reward systems, submit deceptive support claims or use the game for unlawful purposes.
Do not copy, publish or use game content in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate technical or legal action where reasonably necessary to protect Lucky21, its users, service providers or legal rights.
Updates and availability
Lucky21 may require updates to remain compatible, secure or available. We may add, change, suspend or remove features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, technical improvement or game balancing.
- Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, connectivity, store services, advertising availability or technical incidents.
- Older app versions may stop working correctly after significant platform or service changes.
- Certain features may differ by device, operating system, country, language or app-store distribution.
- We may discontinue Lucky21 after providing reasonable notice where practicable, subject to applicable law.
App stores and third-party services
Lucky21 may rely on third-party platforms and services, including app stores, operating systems, hosting, advertising, consent, analytics and crash-reporting providers.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Your use of the distribution platform, store account and device is also governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
AdMob, UMP and Firebase
Advertising, consent, analytics and diagnostic functions may be provided through Google services under their applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Third-party destinations
A link or advertisement may lead to a third-party site or app. Those services are controlled by their own operators.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, security or commercial practices of a third-party service, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
Lucky21, its source code, game design, interface, graphics, text, sounds, logos, names, characters and other content are owned by or licensed to Amzane Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may make ordinary personal use of screenshots or recordings only where lawful and consistent with these Terms. Any commercial use, redistribution, asset extraction, impersonation or misleading use of Amzane Games branding requires prior written permission.
Privacy

Lucky21 is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or available in every location.
No promise of results
We do not guarantee a particular score, chip balance, reward, winning sequence or gameplay outcome.
No uninterrupted access guarantee
Connectivity, stores, devices, advertising providers and technical services may affect availability.
No professional advice
Lucky21 does not provide financial, gambling, investment or other professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amzane Games will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Lucky21, including loss caused by device failure, interrupted connectivity, unavailable advertising, lost local progress or unauthorised device use.
You are responsible for maintaining your device, protecting access to it, installing legitimate updates and avoiding actions that may erase locally stored game information.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Lucky21 at any time. You can remove the application from your device, although doing so may erase locally stored progress and settings.
We may restrict or end access to a feature or service where reasonably necessary because of:
- a serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- fraud, cheating, abuse or security risk;
- a legal, regulatory or app-store requirement;
- technical discontinuation or closure of the service.
Provisions concerning ownership, virtual items, disclaimers, liability, governing law and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protection that applies under the laws of your habitual country of residence.
If a dispute arises, please contact Amzane Games first so that the issue can be reviewed and an informal solution can be explored. Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from using a competent court, regulator or dispute-resolution mechanism available under mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Lucky21 changes, a new feature or service is introduced, platform requirements change or legal obligations evolve.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Where reasonably required, material changes may also be communicated through the game, the website, an app-store update or another appropriate notice.
Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms apply, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance.
